We know our industry is insanely busy; which is a great thing for our pockets but what are we doing to take care of ourselves and stay healthy?  During this 2 hour session; 3 experts will share information about how to take care of yourself during stressful and busy times.

First, we will hear from Dr. Rao who will focus on mind/body and tips to begin re-charging our parasympathetic system (rest and digest).

 

Next up is Josh Halbert will focus on a couple key movements and stretches that we can do to improve and maintain the health of our joints.

 

Lastly, Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach, Kim Wilson who will walk us through some healthy eating tips and tricks; especially while on the go.
